Three-Ingredient Chocolate Muffins

Wow, these are so good. So good that I don’t make them very often!

 Although, these are made with a can of pumpkin, instead of oil or egg yolks, so does that mean they are actually healthy?!

Here is all you need:

  • chocolate cake mix
  • can of pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Note that the batter will be thick. Use your muscles and keep stirring because it will come together!

Spray your muffin pan with Pam for Baking – seriously don’t skip this step!

Divide the batter evenly into a 12-muffin pan and bake according to the package directions.

Let cool and enjoy with an ice cold glass of milk!

Tip: I’ve heard you can also use a spice cake mix instead of the chocolate and substitute dried cherries or raisins for the chocolate chips. I haven’t tried that yet, but I bet it would also be delicious.
